I/We have read and understood the Memorandum & Articles of the Catering Equipment Suppliers' Association and its Code of Practice and agree to abide by them
I/We also agree to provide facilities for a Member of the CESA Council or the Director to inspect our business
I/We hereby apply for Full/Associate Membership
I/We have attached a full set of accounts to accompany the application form.

Note: Please note that all applicants for membership (Full or Associate) are subject to scrutiny and the approval of the CESA Council, who have the power to admit or refuse an application, or vary the category of membership, without being required to give reasons.
